"My wife and I would like to thank Mike and his son for the work they performed for us as we attempt to restore our home from a lightning strike. This strike caused much damage to many of the electronics in our home. Mike Spencer’s response to our inquiry was quick, his explanations and insight were thorough and his work was meticulous and professional. "Recently, we took a very significant lightning hit to our home in Goffstown. We lost televisions, cable equipment, laptops, printers, our hot tub, and had problems resetting our electrical panel. This was the first time we had to report a claim for insurance and our focus was on replacing everything. Nuwave Electric was recommended to us and we sat down with them to review the procedure. We figured we just needed the electrical panel corrected. They explained in detail all the issues that can arise from a lightning hit. Problems with switches, GFI outlets, smoke detectors, etc. We didn’t think of the damage the hit could do to our entire electrical system. Nuwave went through our home and tested every outlet and socket, replaced all our GFI outlets and smoke detectors. They tested lines including outside and underground and corrected our panel. They were there for a few days and were punctual and incredibly professional and thorough. In the end, we were very thankful that they had come in and taught us of the dangers of electrical damage and what that could mean to our family’s safety instead of just concern in replacing things. "Wanted to take the time to personally thank you and your company for the work you did on my home. My first experience with NuWave was five years ago when I needed to completely rewire my entire home. What a huge project. You and your workers were awesome. You were flexible with your time to work around our crazy schedules and you were able to work on our home while we were at work. When we came home the house was left spotless, you always cleaned up, always communicated with us when you would be back, we never had to worry. That is why I have been a repeat customer for the last five years. Any job I have needed to be done, no matter how big or small you have always helped us out. The bathroom remodel we did last year, your ideas for the lighting, and the automatic switches have been a lifesaver with having three kids who always forget to turn the lights off.

"The man who had installed my generator some years ago did not respond to multiple requests for help when my generator stopped working. I asked my neighbor who he uses for annual generator maintenance and repair and he said, “Nuwave; the only people to call!” I called Nuwave Electric Saturday, 8/9, and the more-than-helpful office manager, Carlos, walked me through starting my generator(!) so my visiting family was protected from power outages (common in Alton)this weekend! When I asked, Carlos explained how their service plan works; I signed the documents. **Within 1 hour, I had a running generator AND an appointment for a Monday-much-needed-service call!** It is now Monday, 8/12, and Aaron, from Nuwave Electric, just completed my long overdue service call and patiently explained my generator system to me. Immediate, outstanding help from Carlos plus outstanding help from Aaron-No Waiting!
